Check In / Check Out

Check-in time at our RV park in Moriarty, NM is from 2pm to 7pm MDT, allowing you to enjoy your site until 12 PM MDT the following day. Depending on site availability at our Moriarty NM RV parks, we do allow early check-in, with the earliest at 11 am. Guests should call ahead to confirm availability for early arrivals. Late arrivals must be arranged with the office in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service at the time of registration if the recreational vehicle is unsightly or in ill-repair.

Check-out time is 12 pm MDT. You do not need to contact the office for check-out unless you have an outstanding balance to settle. Late departures generally cannot be accommodated, but if you require additional time before leaving, please check with the office. If we can accommodate your needs, a fee may apply. A $20 charge will be incurred if you do not check out by 12 PM MDT or fail to make special arrangements with the office, no exceptions.

Cancellation and Refunds

NIGHTLY AND WEEKLY STAY

Deposit: Full payment is required at booking for stays at our RV parks in Moriarty, New Mexico. Change in dates: (1) change to non-holiday dates is allowed outside of 72 hours prior to your arrival. Rates will reflect the new dates. Changing dates within 72 hours of arrival will incur a $15 fee. You will not be charged a fee for extending your stay. Cancellation: A $10 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. If you cancel 48 hours prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus the $10 cancellation fee. Cancelling within 48 hours of your arrival means your deposit is non-refundable. No-Shows will also forfeit your deposit.

MONTHLY STAY

Deposit: 50% of the monthly rate is due at booking, and the balance is due at check-in. A monthly invoice will be billed on the 1st of each month, including the previous month's electricity usage and the next month's full rate. A late fee of $10/day will be charged for payments made after the 5th of each month. Changes in date: (1) change in dates is allowed outside of 30 days prior to your arrival. New dates will reflect the rates for that season, and your changes must meet the criteria of a 30-night stay. Reducing your stay to less than 30 days will be considered a cancellation, incurring a $75 fee, and you will then need to make a reservation at nightly rates. You will not be charged a fee for extending your stay. Cancellation: A $75 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations. If you cancel 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus the $75 cancellation fee. Cancelling within 14 days of your arrival means your deposit is non-refundable. All long-term (30+ days) bookings must be made over the phone.

Site Changes

You have been assigned a specific site at our RV park in Moriarty, NM. If you wish to move, please check with the office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before changing sites.
