CHECKING IN/OUT AND CANCELLATIONS
Use of our park constitutes your agreement to the policies stated below.
Check In / Check Out
- Check-in time is 2pm to 7pm MDT and entitles you to your site until 12 PM MDT the day after check-in.
- Depending on site availability, we do allow early check-in. Guests should call prior to arriving early to check on availability. The earliest check-in is 11 am.
- Late arrivals must be arranged with the office in advance.
- We reserve the right to refuse service at the time of registration if the recreational vehicle is unsightly or in ill-repair.
- Check out time is 12 pm MDT. You do not need to contact the office for check out unless you need to pay an outstanding balance.
- Late departures generally cannot be accommodated. If you need some additional time before departing, please check with the office. If we can accommodate your needs, a fee may be assessed.
- There is a $20 charge if you do not check-out by 12 PM MDT or make special arrangements with the office, no exceptions.
Cancellation and Refunds
NIGHTLY AND WEEKLY STAY·
- Deposit: Full payment is required at booking.
- Change in dates: (1) change to non-holiday dates is allowed outside of 72 hours prior to your arrival. Rates will reflect the new dates. Change in dates within 72 hours of arrival will have a $15 fee. You will not be charged a fee for extending your stay.
- Cancellation: $10 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations. Cancelling 48 hours prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus the $10 cancellation fee. Cancelling within 48 hours of your arrival your deposit is non-refundable.
- No-Shows will also forfeit your deposit.
MONTHLY STAY
- Deposit: 50% of monthly rate is due at booking, and the balance is due at check in. A monthly invoice will be billed on the 1st of each month that will include the previous months electricity use and the next month full rate. A late fee of $10/day will be charged for payments made after the 5th of each month.
- Changes in date: (1) change in dates is allowed outside of 30 days prior to your arrival. New dates will reflect the rates for that season, your changes must meet the criteria of a 30-night stay. Reducing your stay to less than 30 days will be considered a cancellation and you will be charged a $75 fee and must then make a reservation for nighty rates. You will not be charged a fee for extending your stay.
- Cancellation: $75 cancellation fee, will apply to all cancellations. Cancelling 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus the $75 cancellation fee. Cancelling within 14 days of your arrival your deposit is non-refundable.
- All long term (30+ days) bookings must be made over the phone.
Site Changes
- You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move, please check with the office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.
